Grimbeeck Park, Potchefstroom, North West

Grimbeekpark, one of Potchefstroom's oldest neighborhoods, is characterized by century-old trees and the famous Old Grimbeek House. According to legend, the Grimbeek family donated the land known today as Grimbeekpark to the then-city council with the agreement that two of the three sister churches should be built on it. Currently, two Dutch Reformed churches form part of Grimbeekpark.
